Delivery Information
At Everslim, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and discreetly as possible. Once your online consultation is approved by a licensed prescriber and your prescription has been issued, your medication will be processed for delivery.
All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days from the time your prescription is approved. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery is available within the UK only.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping option selected. Free delivery may be offered on qualifying orders or subscription plans from time to time.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to courier issues or public holidays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 working days of dispatch, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of prescription medications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once medication has been dispensed. This is in accordance with regulations set by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience any issues with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Our clinical team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by contacting our support team. If your prescription has not yet been issued and your medication has not been dispensed, we may be able to process a cancellation and refund. Once a prescription is approved, we are unable to cancel the order or offer refunds.
